Easy to get to. Directions took me to easy parking. Walked across the street and was there. Unassuming storefront for a matchbox store. Walked in to a gentleman who was a little grungy and uninterested in letting me pass but managed to skirt him to get to the counter where my sandwich was ready. I wanted a BLT and ended up changing up the Captain? I didn't want avocado or cheese. But left the avocado on because the sandwich isn't cheap and I thought I'd try it. Sliced sourdough was slightly toasted. Tomato lettuce and bacon were good (bacon was super salty for me) but the avocado was barely ripe and kept sliding off the sandwich. No major complaints just saying. Nice place. No bargain but there apparently are no bargains nowadays. The sandwich was nicely made and the woman at the register was quite nice. Happy to see a small business that looks to be doing well. Happy they were open on a holiday.

Nice straight forward new sandwich shop and mini Middle East market in town. Really appreciate that there a number of intriguing specials on the menu. I never know what to order, so I usually ask for what's popular. But this case, lots to try on subsequent visits. Woman behind the counter (the owner), very helpful and kind. I'll be back as often as I can.
The person helping me was very polite and offered me water. The service overall was great. I ordered the #24 Uncle Dennis which i ordered on a soft sourdough roll...hot pastrami, bacon, and cheese. I added olives and extra mayo to the mix. The place is fairly small, but there is seating inside and outside, which was great. I would give this sandwich an overall grade an A-. I am definitely coming back here anytime I am hungry in Redwood City!
This is a really great sandwich spot that just opened in town! The owner was generous and gave me a free sandwich on their opening day. It was really good! The place reminds me of sandwich shops and delis on the east coast and has a mom-and-pop type vibe. The staff is really laidback and friendly, and they hook it up with their portion sizes! If you work in the area and need a new lunch spot - I'd highly recommend!
